Senior Internal Auditor
Our firm is staffing this role for a leading manufacturing firm located in The Greater Milwaukee Area.

Our client is seeking a hands-on person for the position of Senior Internal Auditor. You will be the key to the success of the practice by being a reliable contact for internal clients. You will participate in and lead internal audit activites including performing financial and operational audits and testing controls and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct activities related to the performance of financial, operational and IT audits, and assume a lead role on individual audits, including planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and issuance of the audit report
- Assist with special projects as requested by management
- Develop value-added process improvements that can result in greater efficiency of operations by documenting business concerns, risks, root causes, and recommendations in writing for inclusion in the audit report
- Develop audit programs under the direction of the Director of Internal Audit
- Assist external auditors with quarterly and year-end activities and information requests
- Learning/advancing in career by demonstrating increasing level of professional competency, following leadership of others, and attending training classes
Required Qualifications:
- Valid passport or ability to acquire passport shortly after commencement of employment
- Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor designation highly preferred
- At least 4 years auditing experience, preferably in audit field with some manufacturing exposure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervisory guidance
- Experience and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to foster relationships with both external and internal customers
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to quickly grasp key business issues and identify value-added solutions to identified issues
- Prior Sarbanes-Oxley experience desired, but not required
- Experience with PC applications (Microsoft Office suite); experience with SAP, ACL and/or TeamMate software desired
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, with major in Accounting or related discipline preferred. Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor designation is a plus
Travel:
- Travel requirements are approximately 20 – 25%. Most trips are one week in duration, but some trips may be up to two weeks (mainly for international locations). Travel location could include both domestic and international locations.
Business Development Manager – Chicago, IL
We are looking for reward driven candidates with a passion for developing new business in a fast paced, sales, and performance driven environment.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) consistently increases sales through the generation and development of new client accounts. The BDM will focus on acquiring new business in Accounting/Audit/Finance departments at both large and small companies and utilizes the Woman Owned Business (WBE) status to secure government contracts.
- Identify, develop and establish new business opportunities in relevant market segments with the key aim being to secure profitable revenue and achieve specific sales targets and related business objectives.
- Develop sales through a combination of methods that may include all or in part: research, lead generation, prospecting, networking and in-person appointments with new and inactive clients.
- Generate sales leads through prospecting and cold calling, both in-person and via telephone and other electronic media such as social networking tools and techniques.
- Develop strategy for penetrating and developing sales in large and small corporation settings
- Meet all minimum requirements for weekly appointment activity and staffing sales revenue growth.
- Provide information on clients or prospects for sales bids and proposals within assigned territory.
- Build and develop relationships with new client prospects on a regional and national level by developing an understanding of our clients and the markets in which they operate, and defining and implementing solutions which meet their business needs.
- Create and maintain a sales business plan utilizing CRM system (Salesforce).
- Complete the timely entry of all required sales documentation into DMD’s CRM system. Maintain consistency and integrity of data.
- Coordinate with recruiting team CEO and Managing Director to ensure fulfillment of client job orders and sales opportunities.
- Learn and understand what a WBE is and build relationships with other DBE’s (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) to build a network of support in order to attain more opportunities.
- Target new accounts using Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) status within the City of Chicago, State of Illinois and surrounding states.
- Attend government RFP meetings and generate proposals, pricing and contract negotiations across the complete range of services offered as part of an appropriate client solution.
Position Qualifications:
- Direct B2B solution / consultative selling experience in complex / service industry, preferably in the audit and accounting field. Applicants with transferable or comparable industries may be considered.
- Proven success in cold calling, prospecting for new business, following up on leads, securing new client accounts and developing solid business relationships is required.
- Exceptional ability to problem solve, strategize and influence.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) is preferred.
- 4 year degree (B.S. or B.A.) in addition to 3-5 years related direct selling experience (including large multi-national companies) in Sales and Marketing in the Accounting/Audit/Financial industries is preferred.
