Darlene Drab – President/CEO

Darlene Drab, President and CEO, started DMD Consulting in 2008 after 12 years of industry and consulting experience. Darlene’s areas of specialization are domestic and international audit, risk advisory, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Prior to starting DMD Consulting, Darlene held several management positions leading audits, cost recovery, and process improvement/reengineering projects in business consulting services. She has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, and financial institutions.

Darlene graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA). She is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Peter Drab – Managing Director

Peter started out in the medical field working with elite athletes and teams, providing medical coverage for over 12 years. His interests changed as his capabilities grew and in recent years he worked in management for a large orthopedic practice. He later held a position as a Regional Account Manager for a cutting edge robotic surgical company.

As the current Managing Director for DMD Consulting, Peter looks forward to engaging with clients and building lasting relationships. Supporting the sales team is a top priority for Peter, and providing quality, high-end consultants for current and future clients will remain his primary focus for DMD.

Gordy Warner – Director of Talent Acquisition

Gordy Warner is a veteran of 25+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition within multiple industries including manufacturing, financial services, consulting and professional services.

Prior to joining DMD Consulting, Gordy was providing executive coaching services as well as guidance and training for executives going through the outplacement process.

Within the financial services sector, Gordy served as the Senior Vice President and Director of Recruitment for the largest bank headquartered in Wisconsin. As the Director of Recruitment he was asked to create a dedicated recruitment function to support the corporations hiring and retention goals through KPI’s and metrics.

Gordy graduated with honors in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University has been involved on the advisory boards of both the Salvation Army and Goodwill Industries and has been a keynote speaker at the Metro Milwaukee SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) Conference over the years.
